Focus Ireland Challenges

Are you up for an adventure? We would like to invite you to get on your boots and participate in one of Focus Ireland’s Fundraising Mountain challenges this July or September in aid of people who are homeless. We have three exciting challenges taking place throughout the year which we hope are of interest to you and your club members. 

The Focus Ireland Highest Peak Challenge is taking place over the weekend  of 14th August 2010. 

The Focus Ireland UK 3 Peaks Challenge is taking place over the weekend of the 11th to 14th September and asks teams to climb the UK’s 3 highest peaks (England, Wales and Scotland) in 36 hours and raise €4,500 to help people who are homeless.

The Focus Ireland Four Peaks Challenge is taking place over the weekend of the 18th to 20th September and asks teams to climb Ireland’s four highest peaks over one weekend whilst raising €4,500 to help people who are homeless. (Our June event is currently full)

Full training will be provided to participants before the events along with mountain safety and first aid support throughout the challenges. Focus Ireland works to help the thousands of people in Ireland who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless and all money raised from the events will go to fund these vital services.
