WAI / Wayfarers Annual Pub Quiz 2012

With an abundance of prizes, be they quiz or raffle
winnings. . . . .

it seemed as if no table went home empty-handed on this year’s
Annual Pub Quiz as hosted by the Wayfarers and The Walkers Association of
Ireland.

Twenty tables battled it out to such questions as

. . . . until it was renamed in 1865 what was previously known as PeakXV. . . . ?

or even

. . . . for which newspaper does Superman work for. . . ?

With the Lansdowne Hotel proving a great venue and near on
€1000 raised for Mountain Rescue Ireland it is rumoured that the secret “collator
of questions” is already pondering next year’s brain-teasers.

Many Thanks to all who braved a dirty, dirty night (as if it
were a Challenge Walk) and came out to support such a worthy cause.
